What would you be required to do?

• Lead the entire gamut of HR practices, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

• Manage Key HR processes, including payroll inputs, recruitment, onboarding, HR metrics, and benefits administration, Employee Engagement, and continuous improvement of HR systems while overseeing the HR budget.

• Lead the talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding for both campus and lateral positions, use new recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent within the luxury industry. Collaborate with HODs to develop and execute job descriptions for recruitment requirements.

• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, by integrating luxury and personalization into onboarding/orientation programs. Develop and implement an onboarding strategy that instills a sense of belonging and pride among the new members.

• Cultivate a culture of elegance and sophistication, where every interaction, from onboarding to evaluation represents luxury.

• Analyse and report HR metrics, like cost per hire and retention rates.

• Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action, when necessary, while promoting good job performance. Take a lead role in transforming and strengthening the organizational culture, ensuring alignment with the company’s luxury ethos.

• Design company policies and procedures to establish clear guidelines and protocols for organizational operations. Frequently update HR policies and practices to align with industry-leading standards.

• Understand business objectives to make and executive hiring strategies.

• Collaborate with Functional Heads/Reporting Managers to create KPIs and KRAs for the team members.

The role requires working closely with and reporting to the Founder.

What skills we are looking for?

• At least 10 years of Human Resource Management work experience, preferably in the luxury industry or high growth startup environment

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive personality

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize, problem-solve and use your initiative.

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources

Experience: 12 to 15 years
Salary: 15 to 20 LPA
