What would you be required to do?
- Meet & Greet clients and provide a warm and friendly environment in the Design Qandy Marine Drive (DQMD) at all times and Ensure clients feel comfortable by anticipating client needs.
- Handle all various front desk tasks and inquiries efficiently.
- Manage and monitor all administrative responsibilities such as plant & flower setups, ambiance, pantry-related, safety-related, and all other housekeeping tasks
- Manage and guide all external vendors, agencies, and consultants in order to execute all above-mentioned tasks and address any disruptions promptly
- Responsible for records of all incoming & outgoing documents, parcels, materials, and couriers at the Design Qandy Marine Drive (DQMD).
- Manage housekeeping, pantry, driver, security, office boy, and runner boy staff on roll as well as off roll personnel records, attendance, and leaves, ensuring accurate records are maintained on Excel as well as hard files
- Demonstrate a helpful and proactive attitude and be willing to solve any problem at DQMD which can affect the client’s experience
- Act as the go-to person for all matters related to inventory. Be resourceful. Maintain a list of all contacts and places to procure office-related materials, products, and services
- Ensure all safety measures are followed. Ensure first aid and emergency materials are readily available
- Keep a tab on current news or social situations and make management aware of anything that needs to be addressed or taken care of for the safety of all employees clients and people working at DQMD
- Plan festivities creatively coordinating with the teams and managing budget approvals
- Give a tour of the experience center if needed
What skills we are looking for?
- Preferably Masters’/ bachelor’s/ Diploma degree and 5 – 8 years experience in client relation handling HNI clients at a luxury brand company (hospitality/ aviation industry also can apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Presence of mind and Multitasking skills
- Excellent MS Office, specifically MS Excel skills
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Passion and dedication toward client servicing
- Must be a good listener and pay attention to detail
