Vehicle Care is an online platform for auto service and damage repair that helps car owners, fleet owners, manufacturers, insurance brokers, and insurers enhance customer satisfaction, eliminate redundancies in the time cycle, and easily compare, assess, and find the best offer on their vehicle’s repair damage. We have a quick and easy process, with a deft management system of damage assessment and repair. Our digitized solution extends to both the Business and Consumer markets, as we reinvent the automotive space.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of customer needs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and rapport with customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and provide support in achieving sales goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or customer service representative.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Graduate/ diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary – 15 to 25k CTC
Interview Mode – Virtual/Onsite
Work Timing – 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM
Working Days – 6 ( Rotational week Off )
